My "husband": who's Oscoreo?
me: she was my beautiful long hair cat that we adopted when I was a little girl. she was white and black and she used to hide in a sideways trashcan when it rained. She was beautiful and so amazingly sweet. An angel sent from God, truely. I love her so much, even still.
My father broke her neck because she was sick.
me: He burried her in the back yard and didn't tell me until I had already been looking for her for two days.
He never let me say goodbye. I just wish I could've held her one last time. She was an angel from God. She had a soul and she was good and kind and sweet. She never hurt anybody. She'd purr the second you gave her any attention. I love her.
My "husband": He wasn't willing to take her to the vet and have her anesthetized? Breaking neck is what you do to a horse or deer
so he didn't tell anyone first? that is so wrong
Me: I feel the same way
I cry about it still
She was an angel
I didn't even realize what an angel she was at the time because I was so young
PJ is like a demon
I love PJ still though
I hold her and kiss her and tell her I love her.
you never know when someone will rip your pet out of your life forever
My "husband": he;'s basically saying that he's the only one who counts and that he is the owner
my mom is just the other way around
Me: no, it was my cat
My "husband": she hordes cats; doesn't feed them at all; and then refused to anesthetize them when they're dying of cancer
the way people treat pets is highly predictive of how they treat children
Me: he fed her in the mornings, but I combed her and pet her
My "husband": i agree it was your cat
i'm saying it was totally wrong of him to do what HE wanted WITHOUT telling everyone else AND GETTING THEIR APPRPOVAL FIRST
Me: he was a little bit of a monster
My "husband": at least I see now though why you didn't have nearly as strong feelings for PJ (initially)
